Harvesting of winter rapeseed has started in Belarus

Winter barley in Belarus has been harvested on 40.9% of the area, BelTA learned from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. As of July 10, 1.70 thousand ha of winter rapeseed were harvested (0.50% of the harvested area), 2.23 thousand tons were harvested with an average yield of 13.1 q/ha. Winter barley was harvested on 66.3 thousand hectares (40.9% of the harvested area), threshed 268.8 thousand tons with an average yield of 40.5 q/ha. Harvested 279.6 thousand tons of hay - 29.1% of the plan, 7005.7 thousand tons of haylage - 51.2% (including 214.8 thousand tons in polymer packaging), 228.9 thousand tons of grain haylage and 187.2 thousand tons of silage - 0.98%.
