Víctor Themtham (47) was born in General Acha, La Pampa, and studied for a degree in agricultural management, although he did not complete his thesis. Today he lives in "Campo La 17", rented, in the area of Miguel Riglos, 80 kilometers southeast of Santa Rosa. In several rented fields and one of his own, he continues to develop the cattle ranching that his father started.
