"The range of Vologda cheeses includes hard, semi-hard, soft, brined, and processed cheeses. They are produced by both large enterprises and farm cheese dairies. Last year, OOO 'Maslozavod Totemsky' (part of the 'Step' agro-holding) launched the production of cheddar cheese and cheese grains - kalyat.
