In the Kurgan region, a notable decrease in the prices of fruits and vegetables was observed from August 27 to September 2, with tomatoes seeing a 14.9% drop. Other vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, beets, onions, apples, and cucumbers also became cheaper by varying degrees. Meanwhile, prices for meat, fish, and dairy products remained stable. The stability in dairy product prices is attributed to the increase in livestock and poultry numbers in the region. Additionally, prices for various grain products, chicken eggs, and food preserves for baby food also experienced a decrease.
