Kazakhstan and Greece have signed a letter of intent to exchange grain crops for olive oil. Kazakhstan, a major grain exporter, will export grain and flour, while inviting Greek investors to invest in agricultural processing in Kazakhstan. The two countries also plan to enhance cooperation in the agro-industrial complex through personnel training and scientific research, and to exchange technical information and expertise. Trade between the two countries has increased by 5.5% in the first eight months of 2022, reaching $3.8 million.
