The majority owner of the "Moloko" holding company (Tomsk region) Kirill Novozhilov has become the director of LLC "Derevenskoye Molochko", which owns the Severny Dairy Plant - one of the largest producers of dairy products in the Tomsk region. The corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on February 11. The former head of the company, Vladimir Kudelia, worked in this position for exactly three years. However, he remains the head and owner of the trading company "Vector", registered in 2021 in Novosibirsk. The "Moloko" holding company was formed at the beginning of 2023. In addition to "Derevenskoye Molochko", the group also includes LLC "Siberian Milk" and LLC "Bolshedorokhovskoye Molochko" (farms in Asinovsky district), LLC "Derevenskoye Molochko - Cheese Yard" (cheese production). According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the main beneficiary of LLC "Holding Moloko" is the former majority owner of LLC "Tomskvodokanal" Kirill Novozhilov, who owns 64% of the company. Svetlana Khismatullina and Andrey Kasatkin own 26% and 10% of the LLC, respectively.
