The application period is 10 days from the 20th to the 29th, and 17,500 registered horses aged 6 months or older will be vaccinated against equine influenza and Japanese encephalitis. Equine influenza is a respiratory disease that causes symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, and tears in sick horses. It is so powerful that it infects many horses within a short period of time, such as spreading from an infected horse to a horse around 45m away, causing great damage.
