During the four days of the event, nearly 200 stands will showcase the best of artisanal cheese production, technological suppliers, dairy derivatives, and pairing proposals, establishing itself as the main showcase for Peruvian cheese. This edition will incorporate innovative proposals that integrate regional inputs, reflecting the diversity and creativity of national production. Among them, the champion cheese of the National Contest 2025, “Ternura Negra,” stands out, made in Ayacucho with purple corn.
