Morocco has seen a significant increase in its raspberry exports to the European Union, with frozen raspberry exports quadrupling from 3,600 tons in 2020 to 16,700 tons in 2022, and fresh raspberry exports expected to reach 56,200 tons in 2022. This growth in the cultivation of raspberries and other soft fruits for export has provided a high added value opportunity for Morocco, with these exports bringing in over $360 million annually for the growers.
