In light of the EU's more advanced analysis method, and continuing to apply our strict internal standards for cereulid levels, we are adding a few more items to the original recall in some European countries - stated Nestlé in its announcement. The company did not disclose how many countries the latest recall affects, but emphasized that no additional countries were involved. The original recall affected about 60 countries, mainly in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
