Uzbekistan is actively increasing the supply and range of new harvest fruits and vegetables, exporting seven items including onions, cabbage, garlic, beetroot, apricot, and sweet cherry. The largest export volumes are early Uzbek onions, mainly to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Young Uzbek cabbage is also in high demand, with most shipments going to Ukraine. However, the export of early carrots, garlic, and beets is less active, and the new harvest of apricots has not yet been exported due to damage from freezing.
