Oregano exports of Peru reach almost US$ 11 million between January and July

From January to July of this year, Peru's oregano exports reached a total of 5,077,931 kilos, generating a FOB value of US$ 10,972,381, as reported by Agrodata. The majority of these exports, amounting to US$ 4,149,408, were shipped to Brazil. Spain, Chile, Argentina, and Germany were the next biggest recipients of these exports, with total FOB values of US$ 1,945,393, US$ 1,221,064, US$ 813,317, and US$ 551,042, respectively. Some of the leading oregano exporting companies in Peru included Aromatico Inversiones SAC, Vegetable Export Products, Comercializadora Verde de Alimentos SAC, and Foodspice Group SAC.
