A new genetic center for bovine material, located in Loma Plata and owned by the Ideagro Foundation, is being authorized for export, marking a significant achievement for the livestock sector in Peru. This comes as the country gains recognition and trust in international markets, thanks to its veterinary system and advancements in foot-and-mouth disease vaccination. The first Taurus Genetic Center is now operational for negotiations with Peruvian importing companies, and the Chaco Institute of Animal Biotechnology is set to be the second laboratory for global exports. The anticipation for these developments is fueled by the growing expectation for Peru to demonstrate its reliability as a reliable exporter of agricultural products to various regions, including Central America, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Taiwan, Korea, and the European community.
