Inspections of meat and bone meal and bovine tallow manufacturing plants in Paraguay have been conducted since July 1, with a total of 24 establishments inspected, including in Villa Hayes, Belén, and Concepción. The final report is expected to be released in the first week of August. These inspections are particularly important as the inspected countries are the main destination for Paraguayan beef, with the market leading the export ranking with a 41% share from January to June of this year, purchasing 63,491 tons worth USD 329,660,670.
