According to Pescagri-Cia estimates, over 1 billion spent on fish-based gastronomic delicacies from Christmas Eve to Epiphany. Contrary to alarmism, the prices of this Christmas according to Cia do not differ significantly from past years, while consumption is flying: +20% compared to the same period of 2021.
