Conference pear is booming in Belgium

According to reports from the Eurofruit magazine, the production of Conference in Belgium will grow this year by 15-20% compared to 2022, depending on the different areas. This bodes well for Belgian growers, after the high temperatures of the previous summer meant that stocks of pears ran out even before the start of the new harvest.
