Brazil: Pork prices have different movements between regions

The different supply conditions of live hogs ready for slaughter between the regions monitored by Cepea have resulted in different variations in animal prices. According to researchers from Cepea, in Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais, the restricted supply of pork at ideal slaughter weight has been raising and/or sustaining animal values, when considering the October and November averages.
