The article introduces the System for Identification and Collection of Animal Corpses (SIRCA), a mechanism designed to finance the process of collecting, transporting, and disposing of animal carcasses. This system requires the slaughterhouse owner to collect the fee from the person presenting the animals for slaughter, which includes bovines, sheep, goats, and pigs. The collected fee is then forwarded to the DGAV. An order has been published to regulate the settlement and collection of the SIRCA fee.
