According to him, since the beginning of the year, potato producers have experienced difficulties due to the weather.
"Spring was extremely wet, rainy, cold, and it lasted a long time. This burdened the planting. We planted the potatoes in heat, which continued during vegetation, there were no rains, and moreover, most of the reservoirs remained empty and we were not given the opportunity to irrigate," Dzhikov further added to the picture.
