U.S. beef and pork exports have reached new record values in July, with beef exports value increasing by 45% year-over-year to $939.1 million, and pork exports value increasing by 20% to $657.3 million. The period from January to July also saw an 18% increase in beef export volume and a 30% increase in value, while pork exports experienced a 1% increase in volume and an 8% increase in value. Asia, especially Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, is a major market for U.S. beef, and Mexico, Central America, and the Philippines are key markets for U.S. pork.
