Ukraine's sugar exports in 2021 were nearly six times less than the previous year, totaling 25.5 thousand tons with a value of $13.77 million. The largest importers of Ukrainian sugar were Israel, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. On the other hand, sugar imports into Ukraine were significantly higher, with Brazil as the largest supplier. Other sugars and molasses also saw trade activity, with Hungary, Lithuania, and Poland being the main importers of molasses from Ukraine.
