REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The rising global demand for fertilizers amid international distribution disruptions is seen to open opportunities for Indonesia to expand exports, particularly for urea commodities. Deputy Minister of Agriculture Sudaryono previously conveyed that several countries have started seeking fertilizer supplies from Indonesia due to disruptions in the global distribution chain. Countries such as India, Australia, and the Philippines have reportedly shown interest in importing fertilizers from Indonesia. “This condition is causing many countries in the world to now need urea supplies from Indonesia.
