During the current Christmas holiday period, a certain transformation was observed: the dominance of poppy seed products has moderated, and walnut, chestnut, and as a novelty, pistachio-flavored baked goods have gained popularity. The data also reveals that our southern neighbors prefer chocolate-flavored donuts over apricot ones.
