According to Rosa, the progress in the negotiations is the result of the renewed political commitment by Trump during the meeting with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), held on Saturday, 25, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. "There is a clear political determination for the agreement to happen as soon as possible," said the secretary, in a press conference in the Malaysian capital.
