Export volumes of agricultural products to EAEU countries increased by 10% in the first four months of 2020, reaching $1.2 billion. The export of oilseeds, sugar, and meat has seen significant growth, with exports of sunflower seeds, soybeans, beet sugar, poultry meat, pork, and beef all increasing in the first half of 2020. The export of cereals also increased by 10% in the first half of 2020, with wheat and meslin, corn, and barley being the main drivers. However, the export of fish, crustaceans, and shellfish declined by 6%. China has become the largest buyer of agricultural products from Russia in the first half of 2020, importing products worth $1.9 billion.
