Senegal's peanut production in 2022-2023 has dropped by 10.5% compared to the previous year, resulting in a decrease in sales for the current peanut season. The transaction volume and export volume of peanuts have also declined significantly by 60.2% and 53.5% respectively. Moreover, the amount of peanut seeds has decreased by 32.1% leading to an 86.7% drop.
