Ukraine has seen a decrease in its agricultural yield due to weather conditions and an increase in the cultivation of soybeans, which has a lower yield than crops like corn. Highlighting the resilience of farmers, First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Taras Vysotskyi, noted that the main grains and rapeseed have been fully harvested, while 67% of corn and 95% of sunflowers, along with most sugar beets, have been harvested. The country has recorded good wheat and barley harvests, a record soybean harvest of 6 million tons, and a promising corn harvest of 24 million tons.
