Taiwanese jujubes for sale in France

Green jujubes from Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, are currently on sale in French supermarkets in an effort to introduce this fruit to consumers in Europe. Green jujubes from Kaohsiung are already sold in Japan, Hong Kong, Palau, Singapore and Malaysia. Kaohsiung is the largest producer of green jujubes in Taiwan with an acreage of 750 hectares, more than 40 percent of the total acreage of the country.
