Alina Ruiz is a poet of the kitchen. She blends the traditional with the modern in such a way that her dishes reveal sophistication, always. She is from the Impenetrable Chaco: a true definition. Betting in these times is only for passionate people with a lot of grit. Therefore, from my place as a guest at the National Festival of the Patagonian Chef, there is only one thing left to do: to bring the best of my Chaco territory. In the middle of that remote and inhospitable forest, the nationally renowned chef created Anna Campo Restaurant, where she mixes indigenous cuisine, environmental care, social sensitivity, and gourmet food.
