Morocco benefited from the surge in European dairy exports during the fourth quarter of 2025, emerging as a vital market in the Middle East and North Africa region, alongside several regional and Asian countries, in the context of a commercial revival that included various dairy products. A report issued by the "Dairy Business MEA" platform indicated that dairy exports from the European Union increased by 9.9 percent year-on-year during the fourth quarter, supported by competitive prices and a growing trend towards the Middle East and North Africa markets, as well as some Asian markets. The report explained that the countries in the region were at the forefront of the destinations benefiting from this growth, pointing to Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates as among the main importing countries.
