INTERFAX - The commissioning of the "Maslov" plant for the processing of rapeseed and flax in the Novosibirsk region has been postponed due to production difficulties, Deputy Chairman of the Novosibirsk Regional Government - Minister of Agriculture of the region Andrey Shindelov told journalists on Wednesday.
