It happens when one is used to buying a certain shape of bread and only those who are attentive notice that a shape of bread that - to cite one example - bought at 70 euro cents has gone to 80 euro cents. Instead, the 'pocket' perceives it, because 10 euro cents a day in a month is three euros and in a year it is 36 euros of extra spending for a loaf of bread.
