Turkey: TİKA established a dairy product facility for Lebanese women

It was reported that the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) established a dairy production facility in Lebanon within the scope of the "Rural Development and Production Revitalization Program". In a written statement made by TİKA Beirut Office, it was stated that a project supporting agriculture and animal husbandry was implemented in coordination with the "Lebanese Northern Workers' Union" operating in Halba, the city center of Akkar province in the north of the country. In the statement, which pointed out that production activities in Lebanon, which has favorable conditions in terms of climate and geography, are very limited, it was stated that TİKA focused on the "Rural Development and Production Revitalization Program" in order to increase this.
