The marketing of grains destined for the ports of southern Buenos Aires continues to be hindered by transporters who, for a week now, have been blocking access to the terminals in Ing. White (Bahía Blanca) and Quequén (Necochea) demanding a recomposition of the freight rates for grains. While the losses generated by the interruptions in the loading process –in the midst of the corn harvest– are growing, neither the provincial government nor the national government shows any concern for guaranteeing free circulation on the roads of Buenos Aires. In the northern sector of the Pampas region, operations are proceeding normally. This Monday morning, Williams Agroservicios recorded the arrival of 5089 trucks loaded with grains at the terminals and factories located in the area of influence of Greater Rosario, while industrial units in northern Buenos Aires and Entre Ríos registered 354 arrivals.
