Turkey earned 7.5 million dollars in 8 months from anchovy exports

Anchovy was exported from Turkey for 7 million 495 thousand 323 dollars in the January-August period of the year. Eastern Black Sea Exporters Union Deputy Chairman of the Board Ahmet Hamdi Gürdoğan told Anadolu Agency (AA) that anchovy is exported to 24 countries in 8 months of the year. Stating that France leads the way in anchovy exports, Gürdoğan said that Belgium and the USA follow France. Gürdoğan stated that 1343 tons of anchovy was exported in the January-August period and noted that 7 million 495 thousand 323 dollars were gained from these exports.
