Turkey's traditional flavor, pul biber, is strengthening its position in world cuisines. According to data obtained from the Southeastern Anatolia Exporters Associations (GAİB), a total of 3 million 773 thousand dollars in exports were made to 66 countries for the January-March period of 2026. The largest share of the pul biber exports belongs to European countries. In the first quarter of the year, Germany was at the top of the list with 805 thousand dollars in purchases, followed by the Netherlands with 565 thousand dollars and the United Kingdom with 372 thousand dollars.
