Turkeys on the Road. Highway Blocked After Fateful "Passing"

A dangerous-looking road incident took place in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. As a result, live poultry being transported by truck ended up on the road. This crash occurred last Thursday (June 5) on provincial road No. 530 between the localities of Tabórz and Szeląg in the Łukta commune (Ostróda county). A truck set transporting poultry - turkeys - was involved. Some of the birds ended up on the highway. "The incident occurred while vehicles - a Mercedes van and a Mercedes truck - were passing each other. The truck driver drove onto the roadside, lost control of the vehicle and caused the trailer carrying the animals to overturn.
