Turkey has seen increases in its exports of seedless raisins, dried apricots, and dried figs in the 2022/23 season. Raisin exports reached 110 countries and totaled $426 million, with an increase of 2% in quantity. Dried apricot exports earned $435 million, while dried fig exports reached $241 million, with increases in both quantity and value. Turkey is considered a key supplier and leader in the global market for these healthy food products.
