Turkish honey was exported to 46 countries

According to the information compiled from the data of the Eastern Black Sea Exporters' Association (DKİB), 6-month honey export of Turkey, which has a suitable climate for beekeeping, was recorded as 5 thousand 119 tons. A revenue of 16 million 804 thousand 88 dollars was obtained from this export. During the said period, Turkish honey was sold to 46 countries, mainly the USA, Germany and Israel. EXPORT NUMBERS IN THE SIX MONTHS PROCESS ANNOUNCED In the January-June period, 7 million 220 thousand 617 dollars of honey was exported to the USA, 2 million 347 thousand 366 dollars to Germany and 1 million 923 thousand 859 dollars to Israel. Unlike the same period last year, honey was sold to Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Venezuela, Sweden, Uzbekistan and Cameroon during this period.
