The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency has reported two outbreaks of Influenza A at poultry farms in Bulgaria, affecting around 6,300 ducks in Konstantinovo village and 1,800 ducks in Momino village. A 3-kilometer safety zone and a 10-kilometer monitored zone have been established around each farm. The affected birds will be culled, and an epizootic survey will be conducted to track the movement of birds, products, animal by-products, bird feed, and transport related to the outbreaks. The agency assures that duck meat and products from these farms do not pose a risk to human health.
