Ukraine and Germany are expanding cooperation in the agricultural sector

Ukraine and Germany have agreed to further expand cooperation in the forestry, food, and agricultural sectors. Specifically, during the meeting of Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Oleksii Sobolev and Minister of Food, Agriculture and Regional Identity of Germany Alois Rainer, the discussion centered on the exchange of experience in the production of seeds and biomethane as well as on supporting Ukraine in bringing its agricultural sector to EU standards. "We are grateful to Germany for the practical and systematic cooperation, which primarily helps to adapt our agricultural sector to integration with the EU. We are working together on the development of quality professional education and strengthening the food safety system.
