Responsible for around 90% of the national production, the municipality of Piedade, in the interior of São Paulo, has established itself as the main hub for artichokes in Brazil. Our artichoke is recognized for its quality, the result of decades of dedication and careful preparation,” highlights producer Otávio Freitas Neves. With a mild climate and fertile soil, the city offers the ideal conditions for cultivation.
