In the past week, Egypt's fruit exports were dominated by pomegranates, mangoes, and lemons, which together made up 83% of the total fruit exports, amounting to 29 thousand tons out of 35 thousand tons. Pomegranates led with 15 thousand tons, followed by mangoes at 9 thousand tons, and lemons at 5 thousand tons. Key importers of these fruits included Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and Yemen. Overall, Egypt exported 3,660 food shipments totaling 174 thousand tons, an increase of 31 thousand tons from the previous week, involving 1,444 exporting companies and 605 different food products.
