- The facility comprises of 4 cold rooms totaling 700 m² - which can each run separately and under varying temperature regimes, depending on product requirement. This facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) has a separate dedicated inspection room within the facility for daily inspections - to ensure that quality, packaging, and other standards are maintained.
