The "The gift of Polish orchards. Apples from the heart of Europe" program, funded by the European Commission, aims to boost Polish apple exports to Thailand and Malaysia. Running from June 1, 2021, to May 31, 2023, the campaign will focus on B2B and B2C activities, targeting the Asian markets where apples are among the most imported fruits. With a budget of 2,881,066.40 EUR, the initiative aims to increase consumer awareness of the quality and variety of European apples, promoting them over competitors from China, USA, South Africa, and New Zealand. The campaign plans to achieve economic benefits by increasing exports and creating a positive image of European apples, leading to higher consumption.
