The Agricultural Defense Agency of Paraná (Adapar), through the Poultry Health Division and the Regional Office of Toledo, will initiate a task force for biosecurity inspection in poultry farms in Paraná between September 23 and 25. The action aims to reinforce preventive measures against diseases of great economic and sanitary impact, such as Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease. The initiative will contribute to the strengthening of the protection measures of the Parana poultry flock and to the quality of poultry production, and will be carried out in commercial poultry establishments registered with Adapar, located in the area of the Regional Office of Toledo. The work will involve more than 20 employees who will apply a detailed biosecurity checklist in each inspected unit.
