Additional applications for Jeju pork sales certification points

[Korean Farmers' Newspaper, Reporter Kang Jae-nam] Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced that it will accept additional applications for the "Jeju Pork Sales Certified Store" from local and external general restaurants that sell 100% Jeju pork and from livestock product handling businesses outside Jeju until the 31st. The additional application is for general restaurants that were unable to apply previously or that have newly opened. The applying businesses will undergo document review and on-site verification from November to the end of the year. The designation criteria require that 100% of the pork handled be Jeju pork, and the facilities, hygiene management, and operational conditions must be comprehensively evaluated to achieve a score of at least 85% of the full mark. Businesses hoping to be designated as certified stores must provide pork.
