Agricultural Company Pampa Baja Would Export 22,000 Tons of Hass Avocados This Year

Peruvian Hass avocado exports continue to grow, increasingly positioning our country as a relevant actor in this fruit's trade. For the 2025 campaign, dispatched volumes from Peru are expected to reach a record, surpassing 650,000 tons. Juan Carlos Paredes, former president of the Peruvian Association of Hass Avocado Producers and Exporters (ProHass), said that so far the 10% tariff imposed by the United States has not affected them; however, the movement of avocado offers from Mexico and other origins goes up and down, which is very dynamic.
