The Ministry of Agriculture reported that the Brazilian government concluded the phytosanitary negotiations that established the requirements for the export of common beans and black beans to Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. In 2024, according to the ministry, in a statement, total exports from Brazil to these destinations amounted to approximately US$ 38 million, with Armenia being the main buyer (US$ 26.3 million). With these announcements, the Brazilian agribusiness sector has reached 519 new opportunities since the beginning of 2023.
