In the first ten months of this year, traditional shipments reached US$ 3,820,000, accounting for 13.3% of the total; while non-traditional shipments amounted to US$ 24,826,000, concentrating 86.7%. In the period analyzed, the agro-industry was the main export category from Peru to Uruguay, with shipments of US$ 7,872,000, which represented an increase of +84% compared to US$ 4,279,000 in the same period of the previous year. This sector accounted for 27.48% of total exports and 31.71% of non-traditional shipments.
